To realize his culinary vision, Nino partnered with two long-time collaborators: chefs Romolo Gargarella and Alberto Arceri. Together, they bring decades of experience and a deep respect for Italian tradition to the table.
Romolo Gargarella — Trained at the A.P.I. school in Rome, Romolo leads the pizza kitchen. He uses carefully selected Italian flours and long-fermented doughs to craft exceptional, Roman-style pizzas.
Alberto Arceri — Bringing precision and creativity to the menu, Alberto crafts exquisite handmade pastas, fresh seafood dishes, and signature regional plates.
